Power Anser Labs Pvt Ltd (PAL) was incubated in 2015 at Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship ( SINE) at IIT Bombay.

Prof. Soman with his team has been leading the way with innovative ideas and research problems in the power sector for over a decade now. Some of these research problems have been converted into products viz., short term expansion planning tool, transmission cost and loss usage tool, short term and long-term forecasting tools, portfolio optimization and power exchange bid matching tool. PAL is offering these tools as products and also provides services around these tools
